New Century Custom Cabinets Warranty
Full 1-Year Residential Warranty; 1-Year Commercial Warranty

Residential Warranty
New Century Custom Cabinets (“New Century”) warrants to the original purchaser that all cabinetry products it manufactures and supplies (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used for normal residential purposes, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The finish on the Product is also covered under a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. “Normal residential purposes” refers to typical, reasonable use within a residential environment.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. Slight variations in color, grain pattern, and texture are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered defects. Components that fail due to normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
Limited Warranty for Commercial Use
Use of the Product in any business, office, or other commercial environment qualifies as a commercial application. Products installed in commercial settings are covered under a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, against defects in materials or workmanship. As with residential use, this warranty excludes normal wear and tear.
Non-Transferable
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not apply if the Product is moved from the original site of installation (residential or commercial).
Items and Conditions Not Covered
Please refer to the [Wood and Finish Addendum] provided at the time of purchase, which outlines specific characteristics of wood and finishes that are excluded from coverage.

-
Intentional damage, misuse, neglect, or modifications.

New Century will determine at its sole discretion whether the product is covered under this warranty. Labor, removal, transportation, or reinstallation costs are not covered.
New Century makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the scope and duration of this express warranty. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. We reserve the right to modify product design, specifications, or materials without obligation to apply these changes to previously manufactured products.
Color Match – Wood and Finish Characteristics
Due to the inherent nature of wood, variations in texture, color, and grain are expected and not considered defects. Environmental factors such as sunlight, moisture, and household chemicals may cause discoloration, warping, or cracking over time. An exact color match on replacements is not guaranteed.
We strongly recommend reviewing a complete sample or finished product to fully understand how natural variations may present themselves in your selected finish.
Open Joints
Seasonal temperature and humidity changes may cause minor joint separation due to natural wood movement. New Century warrants against excessive joint separation for one year after installation, provided proper environmental conditions are maintained. Gaps of 0.031" or less are considered normal and not warrantable.
Doors and Panels
-
Single-panel doors under 23-3/4" wide and 48" tall are covered against warping more than ¼".
-
Multi-panel doors under 23-3/4" wide and 62-3/4" tall are covered against warping more than ¼".
Warping beyond ¼" will be covered (materials only) after allowing one full annual humidity cycle. Most doors will return to normal once environmental balance is restored.
Unfinished Cabinetry
Unfinished Products (including unfinished wood or finishes applied by others) are not covered under this warranty for warping or finish-related issues.

Drawer Slides and Hinges
Drawer slides and hinges are backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. If they fail during normal use, they may be replaced at no charge (material only), subject to the same claims process outlined above. Labor is not included.
